Wireless Presentation System G801Lite and G801

 

Unable to present. The prompt "Connecting to the wireless network..."

solution:

  • Re-pair, plug the transmitter into any USB port of the device, the transmitter will automatically match the host, and you can unplug it when the pairing is successful.
  • Power off and  restart the device to restore WiFi status

 

2、Sound cannot be transmitted

solution:

  • Windows computer sound transmission problem, you can try to install the virtual sound card manually, please open "My Computer"-"CD Drive" right-click to open-select "PATCH" folder-copy the package file to the desktop and unzip, install " SETUP.exe", plug and unplug the transmitter, restart some computers to take effect.
  • Android mobile phone sound problem, please allow Bluetooth connection before opening the software to cast the screen or open the Bluetooth settings to manually connect to the "Yeeshare" device
  • First, exclude the production of audio lines and connectors. Whether the audio line is directly connected to a mobile phone or computer or the 3.5 audio port of the device is connected to the headset.
  • Check whether the volume of the receiving host and the volume of the player are turned off or too low
  • Noise or current noise, please check the line grounding or joint production problem, or add an audio isolator to solve it

 

3、The connection is disconnected during the connection

solution:

  • Restart the host and clear the cache (if necessary, turn on the timer restart function of the host)
  • Put on the cabinet or window to enhance the wireless signal or increase the router to extend the distance and enhance the anti-interference ability
  • The device network cable is connected to a 5G wireless router, and the transmitter is configured to connect to the 5G router wireless signal (refer to the manual pairing method)
  • Compare and test the screen effect of other computers or mobile phones, and eliminate the problem of the transmitter itself.
  • The transmitter wire is in poor contact, return to the factory for replacement
  • The transmitter is very hot, return to the factory for repair

 

4、Transmission delay exceeds 200 milliseconds

solution:

  • Check the machine screen information, whether it is in 5G frequency mode (2.4G mode may be stuck)
  • The use distance is too far, the blocking is serious, and the signal is poor
  • Poor computer configuration and insufficient USB power supply; replace the USB port and compare with other computers
  • Only a few win7 cards, if win10 is normal, it can be solved by upgrading the USB special firmware (contact the manufacturer)
  • Use computer software to compare the screen to eliminate the issue of the
  • The environmental wireless interference is serious, change the host wireless channel

  • The host’s bridging wireless connection causes the 2 wireless transmission rate to be insufficient. Please connect the transmitter or mobile phone to the device’s hotspot for screen projection comparison
  • Is the computer output resolution higher than 1920*1080?

 

5、Apple can't present with USB transmitter

solution:

  • Replace the USB port to ensure that the usb display program appears and runs
  • Apple 10.15 system version and above need to be in the "privacy" permission-"input monitoring" to unlock, check the "andisplay" and "USB display" programs; plug in and out the transmitter to cast screen
  • If it prompts "Can cast screen" but the screen is black or cannot be cast, please check the "USBdisplay" program in the "Privacy" permission-"Screen Recording"

6、The multi-function HDMI port transmitter cannot present

solution:

  • The HDMI port of some computers or signal sources has insufficient power supply and requires an external USB cable for power supply
  • The distancein application is too far

 

  • Expansion or PPT presenter mode

 

solution:

  • Win10 system uses the extended screen, please right-click to open the "CD drive" --- "install.bat" in the Win10 Driver folder
  • After the launcher is plugged into the computer, click the "Settings icon"-"Options"-"Expand screen" in the lower left corner of the pop-up box

 

8、Android software presentation is disconnected frequently

 

solution:

  • (Take Huawei mobile phone as an example) Open the phone settings>Application Management>usbdisplay/Guanyi Wireless Screen casting>Power Consumption Details>Application Startup Management>Manually turn it on to avoid the background program being blocked from running in the power-saving mode.
  • Open the phone settings>application>permissions>usbdisplay/Guanyi wireless projection> open all permissions, especially the floating window permissions

 

9、Black screen in presenting

solution:

  • After the launcher is plugged into the computer, click the "Settings icon"-"Options"-"Encoding algorithm"-Auto uncheck the lower left corner of the pop-up box
  • After the launcher is plugged into the computer, click the "Settings icon"-"Options"-"Mouse acceleration" in the lower left corner of the pop-up box to uncheck the box

 

10、The projected screen is not full, black borders or over screen

  • The black border of the dissatisfaction screen is mainly due to the resolution matching problem. Please adjust the output resolution of the device to the same physical resolution of the display device (refer to the resolution setting)
  • The super screen is cut off, mainly due to the identification of the display device. Please use the TV or projection remote control to find the HDMI or image ratio related settings and select the full screen/original ratio point-by-point display/optimize scan/disable overscan and other debugging

 

11、The presentation screen is not clear

  • The resolution output is inconsistent, the computer output and device output are consistent with the physical resolution adjustment of the display device (please check the physical resolution of the display device)
  • Replace the display device or computer or mobile phone for comparison test
  • The wire is too long or there are too many transfers, please replace the short wire for comparison test

 

12The VGA or DVI can’t produce images

  • The adapter requires additional USB power supply
  • Eliminate the problem of the adapter itself
  • It is recommended to use a switching device with chip processing and independent power supply



Wireless Presentation System G801Q and G801S Updation

 

1、

Unable to present. The prompt "Connecting to the wireless network..."

solution:

  • Re-pair, plug the transmitter into any USB port of the device, the transmitter will automatically match the host, and you can unplug it when the pairing is successful.
  • Power off andrestart the device to restore WiFi status

 

2、The mobile phone cannot search for the device

  • Please check whether the mobile phone WIFI is connected to the hotspot of the host instead of other networks;
  • Turn off the mobile data network and exclude the mobile phone mobile network from occupying the WiFi channel

 

3、Sound cannot be transmitted

solution:

  • Windows computer sound transmission problem, you can try to manually install the virtual sound card, please open "My Computer"-"CD Drive" right-click to open-select "PATCH" folder-copy the package file to the desktop and unzip, install " SETUP.exe", plug and unplug the transmitter, restart some computers to take effect.
  • The Android screen projection software does not have the permission to intercept the sound. This model does not have a bluetooth module. Please use the Android's built-in screen projection protocol to cast the screen.
  • Some computers with Apple's 10.15 system version and above need to be restarted to transmit sound
  • First, exclude the production of audio lines and connectors. Whether the audio line is directly connected to a mobile phone or computer or the 3.5 audio port of the device is connected to the headset.
  • Check whether the volume of the receiving host and the volume of the player are turned off or too low
  • Noise or current noise, please check the line grounding or joint production problem, or add an audio isolator to solve it

6Apple can't present with USB transmitter

solution:

  • Replace the USB port to ensure that the usb display program appears and runs

solution:

solution:

11、The projected screen is not full of black edges or overscreen

  • The black border of the dissatisfaction screen is mainly due to the resolution matching problem. Please adjust the output resolution of the device to the same physical resolution of the display device (refer to the resolution setting)
  • The over-screen of the picture is cut off, mainly due to the recognition problem of the display device. Please use the TV or projection remote control to find the HDMI or image ratio related settings and select the full screen/original ratio point-by-point display/optimize scan/disable scan debugging etc.
  • Android software projection screen has black borders, please open the projection software, click the setting icon "resolution" in the upper right corner of the software to adjust to full screen

 

12The presentation screen is not clear

  • The resolution output is inconsistent, the computer output and device output are consistent with the physical resolution adjustment of the display device (please check the physical resolution of the display device)
  • Replace the display device or computer or mobile phone for comparison test
  • The wire is too long or there are too many transfers, please replace the short wire for comparison test

 

13VGA or DVI can’t produce images
